Do these sound familiar to you?
Your child is...
- Clumsy or struggles with activities like running, jumping, climbing, hopping, or playing sports.

- Avoidant of tabletop activities like writing, cutting, or coloring.
- Told that their pencil grasp isn’t “right” but none of the grips or writing workbooks have helped.

curiosity and joy for writing versus force them
Helped your
child be able
to sit still to write, play with peers, or use utensils without feeling like you were battling them
Got help now
versus “waiting and seeing” or allowing things to get worse needs with school & family
Understand the root of your child’s challenges and
learn fun activities to guide them
in the right direction.

Read What This Mum Said ...
I can see developments and progress in his gross and fine motor skills and his confidence with these. I have appreciated that we have been able to go at a pace that is right for my child, particularly as we are very child led.” BD
Meet your workshop guide!
I’m Munira.
I’m a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and have helped children’s sensory processing and motor skills for writing for 25+ years.
I’m also a mum to my own sensory kid so I have first-hand experience being a sensory parent. (Including the overwhelm, judgment from others, and wondering if we’re on the right path!)
Through it all, he teaches and inspires me.

Here's why I created this workshop:
1) I know what it’s like to feel alone and unheard by professionals, not knowing where to get support for your child.
2) Too many struggling writers are given more writing practice, fine motor exercises, or pencil grips….but it doesn’t help and the child’s self-esteem begins to suffer.
This is NOT the future for your child!
I’m here to help YOU help your child develop their foundational skills for writing through fun and connection so your child can write with ease, joy and confidence.
I believe kids are doing the best they can with what they have. Once they develop the right underlying sensory and motor skills they need, they then choose and want to write because they now have the skills to do so.
I also believe that as parents you have a gut instinct and deep intuition of how best to help your child. As a fellow parent, I know that nobody is as invested as we are in our own child.
