Support and advocate for your child by better understanding their needs
Confidently implement an action plan to develop your child’s foundational sensory, motor, and emotional skills
Help your child move, learn, play, write, and lead happy, comfortable lives
I get it! This is an out-of-the-box approach!
Many of the families and kids we’ve worked with have been to traditional Occupational Therapy sessions where they’ve seen a therapist once a week or were issued a home program.
Others have been on long waitlists, couldn’t afford services, the time commitment was too much, or their child seemed to plateau and was discharged.
We believe the best way to unlock your child’s potential is to help YOU understand how they tick and what they need for ongoing growth.
You’ll help your child in a variety of real-life situations that would never occur in a therapy environment.
Activities and routines fit your family, culture, and preferences seamlessly because you’re steering the ship.
You won’t have to keep paying for weekly OT sessions, saving you money and freeing up your schedule on a daily basis.
Many parents have reservations about supporting their own child because they doubt their intuition and skills to help their child, fearing they’ll do it wrong.
Society has conditioned parents into thinking that they don’t know what’s best, but it’s not true.
In fact, your parent intuition serves as a compass, showing you the best way to support your child. (And I’ll be there to help you learn how to listen to and leverage your intuition too!)

Your Child’s Growth and Development
During your sessions, we’ll work together to unlock the tools, resources, and knowledge you need to best support your child and get the results you’re looking for.
Provide background information, and videos of your child doing specific sensory and motor activities.
This intake process lays the foundation for understanding your child’s strengths and needs so we can create an individualised plan that supports their sensory, physical and emotional development.
Together we review the background information and findings about your child’s strengths, skills and needs.
Through this collaborative process, you ask questions, gain knowledge about your concerns, and learn the reasoning behind the
strategies and activities
we recommend.
Next, a customized program of activities and strategies that aligns with your family values and child’s needs is created.
You’ll receive recommendations to address your child’s individual needs and be guided how to implement and integrate strategies into your `
daily routines.
Follow-up support and sessions are provided to review your child’s
progress and ongoing needs, update their program, and ensure
their continued growth
and development.
Watch your child move, learn, play, and be happy using their new skills and strategies for life!
By working together, you gain a deep understanding of your child’s needs and how to support them. You’ll build confidence in your ability to create opportunities and experiences for your child that meet their needs and help them develop skills.
I’ll be here to answer questions, troubleshoot, and affirm your decisions as your intuition strengthens and you understand the “why” behind your child’s actions and needs.
We’re in this together, let’s get started!
Munira worked with my 11 year old ASD son and I for almost 4 years. She's been brilliant - particularly as she understands the sensory issues that underpin so many of my son's challenges. She's worked with us to put in place a programme that's really helped to manage his anxieties and his sensory seeking. He's so much calmer and more able to manage his anxiety now. I really recommend her.
My son and I had a fantastic experience working with Munira. She has a great ability to understand his behaviour and what drives it if he is acting in a challenging way. She has taken on board his interests and structured a programme which as well as being targeted to his needs is also really fun for him even with tele-therapy. He has improved motor planning, fine motor skills and self-care. I particularly appreciate that she takes the time to regularly review his progress with me and provides helpful suggestions as to how we can support his development at home.
Munira was clear, true to the facts yet very understanding, professional and kind. It was hard to see our child struggle so much during simple tasks. Now, thanks to Munira, he is attending a mainstream school and whilst he still has his own challenges, he is able to concentrate, play sports, write and draw without support. Recently, we have been having virtual OT sessions with Munira and she did an outstanding job to make them fun and incredibly effective. I would definitely recommend her.
We knew we were in good hands from the initial assessment with Munira. She picked up on things straight away that other professionals hadn’t noticed. Our son had an intensive block with Munira and the progress he made was astonishing. Munira has also given us the tools to be able to help our son at home and continue his progress. It’s genuinely improved our quality of life as a family.
